Data you send voluntarily by email: your name, contact address and the content of the message, including any files you attach.

The site has no forms, user accounts or comments. Vercel analytics runs without cookies and only provides aggregate figures (page views, approximate country, device). It does not identify individual visitors.

Email data is used only to reply to the enquiry or to consider an application. The legal basis is the sender's consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and, when the enquiry is about a possible hire, steps prior to a contract (art. 6.1.b).

It is not used for marketing, and it is not subject to automated decisions or profiling.

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Data is not sold or handed to third parties. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which acts as a processor and provides safeguards for international transfers (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Email is handled by the owner's usual mail provider.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@gaizkajimenez.com. The request is answered within one month.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
